Airport transfers are normally included in package holidays but it is also easy to organise your own transfer as part of a DIY package.
If you arrange your own flights or travel by rail you will need to arrange onward travel to your resort . Don't forget you will have bags and maybe ski equipment to carry from the airport to where you begin your onward journey, though most airports have on site car hire, taxi firms, bus and minibus pick up points. Again check the locations when you are booking.
